We have $$1)\frac{2}{3}x-\frac{3}{4}y=-1$$ $$2)-\frac{1}{6}x+\frac{3}{8}y=1$$ (1) +2(2) $$\frac{2}{3}x-\frac{1}{3}x-\frac{3}{4}y+\frac{3}{4}y=-1+2$$ $$\frac{1}{3}x=1$$ $$x=3$$ Solving for $y$ $$y=8*(1+\frac{1}{6}*3)\div3 = 4$$ Ordered Pair Solution $(3,4)$
