-1 + 5x$y^{2}$ - 7x$y^{5}$
$\frac{-xy+5x^{2}y^{3}-7x^{2}y^{6}}{xy}$ = RECALL: $\frac{b^{n}}{b^{m}}$ = $b^{n-m}$ So, $\frac{-xy+5x^{2}y^{3}-7x^{2}y^{6}}{xy}$ = $\frac{-xy}{xy}$ + $\frac{5x^{2}y^{3}}{xy}$ + $\frac{-7x^{2}y^{6}}{xy}$ = -1$x^{1-1}$$y^{1-1} + 5x^{2-1}$$y^{3-1}$ - 7$x^{2-1}$$y^{6-1}$ = -1 + 5x$y^{2}$ - 7x$y^{5}$
