$(1+x^{3})^{3}=1+3x^{3}+3x^{6}+x^{9}$
We use the values from the 3rd row of Pascal's Triangle to find the coefficients: $(1+x^{3})^{3}=1^{3}+3* 1^{2}*(x^{3})^1+3* 1(x^{3})^{2}+(x^{3})^{3}=1+3x^{3}+3x^{6}+x^{9}$
