Work Step by Step

If the initial point of a vector $< u_{1},u_{2} >$ is $(x_{0},y_{0}),$ then the terminal point is $(x_{0}+u_{1},y_{0}+u_{2})$ Here, given $< u_{1},u_{2} > = < -7,2 >$ For the initial point $(x_{0},y_{0})=(0,0)$, the terminal point is $(-7,2)$ For the initial point $(x_{0},y_{0})=(2,3)$, the terminal point is $(2-7,3+2)=(-5,5)$ For the initial point $(x_{0},y_{0})=(-3,5)$, the terminal point is $(-3-7,5+2)=(-10,7)$
