Now because it's $\lt$ and not $\leq$ we need to make our line dashed which indicates that 3 is not part of the set byt every number up to 3 is. Part B is $|x|\leq2$ So we will graph everything between x = 2 and x = -2 and y is not specified to we color in everything top to bottom between -2 and 2.
