Answer

See graph

Work Step by Step

Given \begin{equation} y \geq 0.5 x+6. \end{equation} We graph $y=0.5x+6$. This is a linear function with no restriction on the domain. The domain is all real numbers. The intercepts are \begin{equation} \begin{aligned} x&=0\implies y= 6 \\ y&= 0\implies x= -\frac{6}{0.5}= -12. \end{aligned} \end{equation} We graph the linear function. The graph is drawn with a solid line and shaded above the line because it is a "greater than and equal to" inequality. We take a test point, foe example $(0,0)$. The point $(0,0)$ does not check the equation, therefore the solution in the other region of the plane.
