In order for the crate to move when pushed by a force of 110N, it must mean that Ff,max is less than or equal to 110N. Since we know that Ff,max = N*mu and mu is 0.37, this means that the normal force must be equal to 110N/0.37 = 297N. Now that the other worker is pulling up, there are three forces in the y direction, which are the weight of the crate downwards, the Normal force up and the worker pulling up. Thus we have Fnet,y = 0 = F,worker + N - mg. We know that we need N to equal 297N and that the weight is 35kg*9.8 = 343N so we can solve for F,worker and find it to be 46N
