Subtract $175$ on all sides. $ 226-175\leq175 + 34x-175\leq294-175$ $ 51\leq 34x\leq119$ Divide with $ 34$ on all sides. $ \frac{51}{34}\leq \frac{34x}{34}\leq\frac{119}{34}$ And we get: $1.5\leq x \leq3.5$ Which is our solution.
