Step 1. Using the second equation, we have $y=1-t$ or $t=1-y$ Step 2. Substituting into the first equation, we have $x=2(1-y)-1$, which gives $x+2y=1$ or $y=-\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{2}$ Step 3. We can graph the above equation as shown in the figure.
