We determine the vertical intercept: $$m(0)=0.3(0+2)^2=1.2.$$ The vertical intercept is $(0,1.2)$. We use two pairs of symmetrical points: $(-4,1.2)$, $(0,1.2)$ and $(-10,19.2)$, $(6,19.2)$. The graph of the function is shown below.
