This is done by counting seven $\displaystyle \frac{\pi}{6}$ arcs clockwise from 0, so the terminal side is the same as for the angle $\displaystyle \frac{5\pi}{6}$. (blue on the image). r=6 is positive, so the point P will be on the terminal side of the angle, 6 units from the pole (origin).
