So, after putting $x=0$ in the equation we get: $\begin{align} & 0+y=4 \\ & y=4 \end{align}$ Again, put $x=2$ in the equation and get $\begin{align} & 0+y=4 \\ & y=4 \end{align}$ Thus, the two solutions of the equation are $\left( 0,4 \right)\text{ and }\left( 2,4 \right)$.
