In Minitab, click Select Data -> Sort
In "Columns to sort by" enter C1 in the cell "1-Column".
Click OK.
Now you will see the same sequence of numbers, but in ascending order.
Now count the number of results that are fewer than 100.
Divide this number by 100.
Work Step by Step
In my simulation, 8 results were fewer than 100. So,
$P(fewer~than~100)=\frac{8}{100}=0.08$
