In Minitab, click Select Data -> Sort
In "Columns to sort by" enter C1 in the cell "1-Column".
In "Order" change from increasing to decreasing.
Click OK.
Now you will see the same sequence of numbers, but in descending order.
Now count the number of results that greater than or equal 150.
Divide this number by 100.

In my simulation, no results were at least 150. So,
