The acceleration vectors belong at each triangle, and they will be facing towards the left from triangle 1-3 because the car is slowing down, and a = 0 meters per second squared at point 4 because the car has stopped. The velocity vectors will be placed above/below (It's personal preference where you put them) the dashed lines because they represent the direction and magnitude that the particle is travelling.
