We know that according to given scenario $Nsin{\theta}=\frac{mv^2}{r}$...........eq(1) and $Ncos{\theta}=mg$...............eq(2) Dividing eq(1) by eq(2),we obtain: $tan{\theta}=\frac{v^2}{rg}$ This can be rearranged as: $v^2=rgtan{\theta}$ The last equation shows that as the angle increases, tangent values increases and hence the velocity increases as well. Thus, for higher velocity higher bending should occur. So, b is correct.
