And the other component perpendicular to the surface will be equal to the reaction force. So, if $\theta$ is the inclination, $mgsin\theta=coefficient\, of\, friction \times N$ or, $mgsin\theta=coefficient\, of\, friction \times mgcos\theta$ or, $coefficient\, of\, friction = tan\theta$
