Each has very large leg muscles whose mass is concentrated near to the body of the animal. That way the relatively heavy muscles do need to accelerate as fast for the feet/ hooves of the animal to accelerate very quickly. Hence the bodies of these animals are designed to minimize the effective inertia of the legs, allowing them to run really fast.
