Alkanes undergo halogenation reactions, in which one or more hydrogens are replaced by one or more halogens. In a monosubstitution reaction, only one hydrogen is replaced by another atom. In this reaction two products are possible that are $CH_3CH_2CH_2CH_2Cl$ and $CH_3CH_2CHClCH_3$.
