The point, the symmetry with respect to the y-axis can be obtained if the point $(x,y)$ is on the graph, then $(-x,y)$ is also on the graph. Here, if $(0,0)$ is on the graph, $(0,0)$ should also be on the graph. Also, if $(2,2)$ is on the graph, $(-2,2)$ should also be on the graph. Also, if $(0,4)$ is on the graph, $(0,4)$ should also be on the graph. Plot the points, then connect them using a smooth curve to form a circle. Refer to the graph above.
