$A'$ is a set of all the elements in the diagram not in $A$. $(A'\cap B)$ is a set of all the elements not in $A$ that are also elements of $B$. We can see that $B$ has only one element not in $A$: $\{47\}$ $(A\cap B)$ is a set of all elements in the circle for $A$ that are also in the circle for $B$: $\{41, 43\}$ $(A'\cap B)\cup(A\cap B)$ is a set of all the elements in either or both of these sets: $\{41, 43, 47\}$
