The given graph has a y-intercept of $(0, 8.75)$. This means $b=8.75$. Note that from $(0, 8.75)$ to the other point on the line $(10, 10.50)$: rise =$10.50-8.75=1.75$ run = $10-0=10$ Thus, the slope of the line is $\dfrac{rise}{run} = \dfrac{1.75}{10} = 0.175$. Therefore, the equation of the line in slope-intercept form is $\color{blue}{y=0.175x+8.75}$.
