Structure:
To begin this activity, lead a class discussion using all or some of the following questions.
*How would you briefly describe (in 10 words or less) each Section—I through VII?
*How would you describe the flow of the text from section to section in Citizen?
*Do you think the order of the sections is important?
*What is the effect of the fact that the sections do not have titles?
