Dhananjay Rajaratnam/ Danny
Danny is a Sri Lankan man who lives in Sydney as an illegal immigrant. Danny drops out of his college and starts working as a cleaner to support himself. One day his client Radha is found dead and, police have no clue about the culprit. Danny knows who the murderer is, but he must keep silent in order to remain unseen and avoid getting into trouble with the police.
Radha
Radha is a client and a friendly neighbor of Danny. Radha promises Danny that she'll help him avoid any legal issues. Radha is married to an Australian man called Mark but she has an affair with her neighbor Prakash. One day Danny discovers Radha's corpse on the creek, and he knows who has killed her.
Prakash
Prakash is a forty year-old man who is a drunkard and has a habit of gambling. Prakash is a regular client of Danny. He is involved in a romantic affair with Radha.
Sonja
Sonja is Danny's girlfriend who works as a nurse. She is also a vegetarian. They met each other via social media. Danny nevertheless hides from her that he's an illegal immigrant.
