The Family Chao Irony

The Family Chao Irony

The irony Fine Chao Restaurant

The Fine Chao Restaurant is the epitome of Chinese culture in America. Ironically, despite the residents knowing that Chao is a narcissist, the restaurant continues to gain popularity. In most cases, businesses are built by the positive reputation of owners, but Fine Chao Restaurant is different.

The Irony of Dagou

Dagou is the eldest son in the family but is the most irresponsible. Dagou does not want to work hard in life because he knows he will inherit his family's properties. Instead of waiting for the parents to die naturally, Dagou decides to kill his father to take control of the restaurant.

The irony of family

The Chao family lives in a town dominated by Chinese communities in America. Outwardly, one can conclude that Chao is a perfect family and a role model to fellow Chinese families in town. Ironically, there is an endless conflict within the family. Chao and his wife are not on good terms and often fight. At some point, the wife leaves her matrimonial home to live elsewhere. In addition, the relationship between Dagou, the eldest son, and his father is chaotic.
