According to law of conservation of energy $mgh=\frac{1}{2}mv^2$ This simplifies to: $h=\frac{v^2}{2g}$ $0.18x^2=\frac{v^2}{2g}$ This simplifies to: $x=\sqrt{\frac{v^2}{(2)(0.18)g}}$ $x=\sqrt{\frac{(0.47)^2}{(2)(0.18)(9.8)}}$ $x=0.25m$
