Na2CO3. From Table 4.1 compounds with (CO3)2- are generally insoluble except with NH4+ and the alkali metal cations. The alkali metal cations are those in the first group of the periodic table - Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs and Fr. Since Na+ is one of these, then this would be soluble.
