For intermolecular hydrogen bonding to occur, we know that Hydrogen must be bonded to Nitrogen, Oxygen, or Fluorine. Here, bonding between Hydrogen atoms and Oxygen atoms will allow for hydrogen bonding. Note, Hydrogen bonding does not occur within molecules but between different molecules where a Hydrogen is bonded to Nitrogen, Oxygen, or Fluorine.
