Homogeneous equilibria is the equilibria for reactions that only have reactants and products at the same phase (gas, aqueous...) Heterogenerous equilibria is the equilibria that occurs in reactions with compounds in more than one phase. They are written in the same way, concentrations of products divided by concentrations of reactants. The mainly difference is, concentrations of pure solids and pure liquids are approximately constant, so we do not have to put it in the K expression.
