Answer

In equilibrium as both the foraward and backward reaction occur at equal rate but in opposite direction so this type of equilibrium is known as Dynamic in nature.

Work Step by Step

Equilibrium is attained in a chemical reaction when the concentrations of reactants and products do not change with time.In equilibrium both forward and reverse reactions continue, but at equal rates,so the concentration of reactants and products remain unchanged. This phenomenon is known as Dynamic Equilibrium. Dynamic Equilibrium is “Dynamic” in nature because both the forward and reverse reactions undergo in same rate. But in this state concentration of reactants and products will be different at equilibrium.
