Answer
The CFCs chlorofluorocarbons and some chemicals used as solvents, propellants and in refrigeration are sole responsible for the ozone hole in the stratosphere above the Antarctica.
Work Step by Step
It started with the rise of global warming then slowly the region absorbs solar U.V radiations that result in the warming up of the layer of stratosphere. It absorb the I.R ( the infrared one) radiation emitted by the Earth's surface by reflections thus effectively trapping the heat in the layer of the earth's atmosphere called as stratosphere . further these Chemical reacts with them and forms dangerous clouds and the end is descripted in the above answer.
