Chapter 17 - Chemical Equilibrium - Exercises - Factors that Influence Equilibrium - Page 703: 53

Answer

Le Chatelier's Principle: "If something changes the conditions of a system at equilibrium, the system shifts in the direciton that reduces that changes." Factors: Concentration of substances, pressure, volume and temperature. A catalyst does not affect the chemical equilibrium. It only affects the chemical kinects of a reaction, since it is not consumed in the reaction.
