Carbonhydrates are the way that your body gets energy. They are primarily sugars and starches you get from foods. Nucleic Acids are the acids that make up the DNA and RNA in your body. They store and transmit genetic information all throughout the human body. Protiens are molecules that provide structure to the tissues in your body and they are made up of amino acids. Lipids are the fatty acids that are located throughout your body they include natural oils, waxes and steroids.
