The LAD supplies the anterior of the left side of the heart. The circumflex artery takes blood to the outer surface of the dorsal-facing aspect of the heart. Some of the structures supplied by the right coronary artery are the right chambers of the heart( atrium and ventricle) , the sino-atrial node(SA node), the atrio-ventricular node(SV node), and the interventricular septum
