In humans, normally, germ cells have 23 chromosomes, and somatic cells have 46 chromosomes(diploid) chromosomes. In Turner's syndrome, the somatic cells have 45 chromosomes, and in klinefelter's syndrome they have 47. These are examples pf aneuploidy.
