In Minitab, select Calc -> Random Data -> Binomial
Enter 100 in "Number of rows of data to generate"
Enter any column, C1 for example, in "Store in column".
Enter 30 in "Number of trials"
Enter 0.98 in "Event probability"
Click OK.
