The graph is misleading as the population of each country is not mentioned. In fact, the fact that China leads the graph in the country with the highest number of Internet users also coincides with the fact it is the most populous country in the world in 2010. Therefore, its high number of Internet users might come from its high population. India also can be seen as another example. In the graph, it is the country with the 4th highest number of Internet users, which is pretty admirable. Yet, considering the fact that it is the 2nd most populous country and its population far exceeds all other countries except China, the evaluation might be different for India. So, again the graph is misleading due to its ignorance of such an important variable as the population of each country. A graph with the relative frequency, when Internet users are put in proportion of the whole population, thus might be better.
