Answer

The completely randomized design: The completely randomized design can be defined as a design of experiment where the experimental units are randomly assigned to a treatment. In the completely randomized design, all the experimental units are randomly allotted to a treatment. For example, there are 100 experimental units and 4 treatments. Then, in a completely randomized design, 100 experimental units are randomly allocated to 4 treatments, where each treatment has 25 experimental units. Completely randomized design and randomized block design: In a randomized block design, the experimental units are divided into homogeneous blocks, and then each member of the block is assigned randomly to a treatment, whereas in a completely randomized design all experimental units are randomly assigned to a treatment.
