2. Check for skewness using the Pearson coefficient with $\bar X=674.4, median=678, s=23.9$
we have $PC=\frac{3(674.4-678)}{23.9}=-0.45$ indicating the distribution is slightly left skewed.
3. Check for outliers with $Q1=651, Q3=691, IQR=40$, we set up a range from $Q1-1.5IQR=591$
to $Q3+1.5IQR=751$, and we can not find any outliers from the data set.
We conclude that this distribution is more or less normal.
