Plot the point $(-\frac{1}{2}, 4)$. Use the slope to plot another point. A slope of $0$ means the line is horizontal. All points on a horizontal line share the same y-coordinate. Since $(-\frac{1}{2}, 4)$ is on the line, then the point $(3, 4)$ must also be on the line. Plot $(3 ,4)$. Complete the graph by using a line to connect the two points.
