Chapter 10 - Geometry - 10.2 Triangles - Exercise Set 10.2 - Page 628: 36

Answer

The figure shows that the triangle I and the triangle II both contain equal sides marked with one tick and two ticks. The angles that are opposite to the side marked with two tick in triangle I and triangle II are equal to each other as the angles that are opposite to equal sides are equal in measurement. Since the lengths of two sides of triangle I are equal to the lengths of the corresponding sides of triangle II and the measurement of the angles are also equal in triangle I and triangle II. Hence, the two triangles are congruent by SAS Condition. Hence, the triangle I and the triangle II are congruent by SAS Condition.
