Since there is no negative sign in front of the number, we know that the number is positive. Since the number is a terminating decimal, it can be written as a fraction containing integers in the numerator and the denominator,which makes it rational. As all rational numbers are real numbers, we know that 0.125 is a real number as well. The number is also a non-integer as it is a decimal.
