You are given the equations $y=-x+3$ and $y=\frac{3}{2}x-2$. Plot the lines on a graph and make two straight lines. The lines intersect at $(2,1)$. Check to see if $(2,1)$ satisfies the equations: $y=-x+3$ and $y=\frac{3}{2}x-2$ $1=-2+3$ and $1=3-2$ $1=1$ and $1=1$ The solutions are true so the point $(2,1)$ is a true solution.
