The points were also plotted by going left by 4 units and going down by 3 units because the slope of the graph is $\frac{3}{4}$. The slope is $\frac{3}{4}$ because the function is in the form of y=mx+b where m(slope)=$\frac{3}{4}$ and b which is the y-interecpt equals 2.
