When we multiply fractions, we can simply multiply the numerators (tops of the fractions) by the denominators (bottoms of the fractions). We first turn the whole numbers into fractions and then obtain: $\frac{11}{3}\times\frac{69}{10}=\frac{759}{ 30}=\frac{253}{10}$
