Multitasking in a computer system means that user is able to execute multiple tasks at one time and in this process a computer switches from one task to another task automatically. Some situations in which we can take advantage of its multitasking capabilities are given below: 1. A pc may have many tabs open at once, allowing it to multitask within the program. 2.Also a phone or a pc may have apps running in the background, for instance, it might be uploading images in the background and the user could be doing other things in the mean time 3 .We can take advantage of multitasking when user wants to do multiple tasks at one time on computer system such as installation of software, making a document, using photoshop and other tasks. This multitaksing enhances timing efficiency.
