Chapter 2 - Diversity in Organizations - Questions For Review - Page 61: 2-5

Answer

Physical and intellectual ability are very different in the workforce. Physical abilities are usually what you can do with your body. Intellectual abilities are your abilities to think and create.

Work Step by Step

Physical abilities may be putting a spreadsheet together or calling a client. Intellectual abilities tend to be your ability to think, conceptualize, or imagine things. They are very different in that intellectual ability may be more innate because it involved imagination and creativity. However, intellectual ability can also just involve very complex ideas that not everyone can grasp like math.
