So You Want to Be a Wizard Irony

So You Want to Be a Wizard Irony

The paradox of doing good deeds

Wizardry is known for evil powers that are majorly meant for destruction and causing havoc in society. Ironically, the three wizards, Nita, Kit, and Fred are doing the contrary. These three wizards' target is to use their evil power to do good and save the world. For instance, Nita wants to use her magical power to punish bullies and prevent them from beating and mistreating innocent students. Similarly, Nita and her wizard friends have ganged up to defeat the Lone Power (The Evil One) and prevent him from converting the entire world into darkness. Therefore, it is ironic that a section of wizards decides not to do evil but do good deeds for humanity.

The Bullies

The biggest dilemma the thirteen-year-old Nita faced in school was mistreatment and beatings from her fellow students. However, when she got her magical powers, she stopped them instantly. The bullies were shocked to discover that Nita was no longer afraid of them, and she instead beat them. The bullies found it paradoxical that a girl they could physically assault was now energetic and fearless.

The fall of the Lone Power (The Evil One)

The most powerful wizard on earth is the Lone Power or famously known as the Evil One. As the name suggests, the Evil One dominates the magical powers, but he has realized that there are opposing powers in his kingdom. The Lone Power is in the form of the book of darkness, and his greatest enemy is the book of light. The book of light works closely with Nita and other senior wizards to bring order. On the other hand, the Lone Power wants to use his influence to destroy the world completely by making it dark forever. Ironically, towards the end, the Lone Power loses the battle, and Nita and her fellow wizards save the world by emerging victorious.
