What methods does Livia use other than poisonings to get her way? Provide examples of each.

In the beginning chapters, Livia seems to consistently use poison to ensure the continuation of power in her bloodline. However, at this point in the novel, as a select few grow suspicious (namely, Claudius, Postumus, and Augustus), she is forced to use other methods of cunning to achieve her end goal. She uses banishment - both Julia and later her daughter, Julilla, are banished to islands for promiscuity and adultery.
