Jamie Fraser
Jamie Fraser is the title character and husband to Claire Randall. He is the father of Brianna. Before migrating to America, Fraser was a Jacobite rebel, but not many people knew about his deeds. Most of his tenants are Patriots, but he has to put up with them because they are loyalists. However, Jamie knows it will not take long before the conflict knocks at his door.
Claire Randall
Claire Randall is a time-traveling wife of Jamie and mother to Brianna. Claire is a stranger (Outlander) from the mid-20th century. From the 20th century, Claire lived in the 18th century for many years, and she managed to adapt to the primitive life of the people during that period because most of them knew nothing about penicillin, medicine, and automobiles. Clair brings her nursing skills from the 20th century to provide healing service to his community in the 17th century. In the 20th century, Claire was a military nurse, and she finds her skills critical when she moves to the 17th century to reunite with her family.
Brianna
Brianna is Roger's wife and the daughter of Claire and Jamie. Brianna's biological father is Jamie, and she was born in the 17th century but raised by a stepfather in the 20th century. After getting married to Roger, Brianna thinks the 20th century is unbearable because of endless starvation, war, and diseases. Therefore, with her husband, Brianna escapes the 20th century to move to the 17th century to reunite with the rest of her family, hoping that the dangers of the 20th century do not follow them.
Roger
Roger is the son-in-law of Claire and Jamie. Roger, Brianna's husband, is always supportive, and he approves of most of the decisions made by Brianna. Roger accompanies his wife when they escape the 20th century. However, Rodger is shocked when he learns that the 17th century is not any better because it is full of conflicts due to unending uprisings between the colonizers and the natives.
William Ransom
Ransom is the son of Grey, and he lives most of his life struggling with identity crises. Ransom does not know his biological father; society always judges him, making him very uncomfortable. At last, he meets his biological father, but the great task is how to start building a relationship between father and son that has never existed.
Lord John Grey
Lord Grey is the father of Ransom, and the biggest task is to explain to his biological son, Ransom, why he has been absent the whole of his life. However, after realizing he does not have an option, he plans to start by apologizing and putting things in order. The most important thing is that Lord John Grey is ready to build a lasting relationship with his long-lost son.
Mandy
Mandy is the daughter of Brianna and Roger and the granddaughter of Claire and Jamie. When the family reunited in 1779, Claire did not want her granddaughter to be out of sight and held her closely. Claire and her husband and the rest of the family reunited after 20 years of separation after the Jacobite uprising in 1746 tore the family apart.
